Izelena Foods is a family-owned Jamaican business co-founded by a mother-daughter duo. We named our company in honour of our matriarch, Izelena, from Aboukir in St. Ann. Izelena was a passionate grower of Scotch Bonnet peppers, and her love for bold, home-grown flavour was the inspiration.

Today we are carrying on a legacy by bottling the taste of Jamaica - one Scotch Bonnet at a time.

We craft small-batch, Scotch Bonnet-forward condiments using peppers sourced directly from farmers across Jamaica. From our Mango Salsa with its sweet-heat balance, to our Sorrel Pepper Sauce with its festive, fiery kick, every bottle is made to bring exotic island flavour to your table.

Our mission is simple: put Caribbean flavour at the center of the global food scene. We source locally, make authentically, and share proudly with food lovers everywhere.
